It's truly a highlight to hear what you all have been working on and talk about it. I think a lot of other Pandora for Creators community members are curious too.
Oh dang, I didn't know this was a thing. I had an album release March 21st, so I guess I missed it for my month.
Hello - It seems I timed my album release at just the right time.
I'm Rob aka Shadow Cloud.

I never thought of myself as a lyricist or artist, I've only ever focused my writing on my efforts to release a novel series. I've always enjoyed listening to music while writing. I seek out the style and mood that fits the scenes for what I'm writing, and I just get lost in the work. In this case, the novel series which will start with the title Shadowlinger: Origins, a high fantasy world full of magic, dragons, battles and moving characters. t's been nearly a 20 year work to build and craft the world, the languages, cultures, and the songs.
Most recently I had the desire to hear what my written songs would sound like, which further spawned other inspiration for songs about characters and events within the series. Before I knew it I had crafted an entire album of songs and with growing interest around me, felt the need to find a new avenue to share yet another part of this creation, this world of mine with other people.
The music holds the heart of my stories within them.
The release I am including is my first version of my song Broken Home. It is a song about growing up in a broken home and also how it can affect someone in adulthood. The song is broken up into a couple of different perspectives left to the listener to figure out. Also, on a side note, any suggestions on how I can get going on Pandora would be helpful. I have over 6000 total streams(over 5k for one song) over the course of three months on another platform and I have been sitting at 17 streams on pandora for 2 1/2 months. Hope you enjoy my song.
Hi we are The Great Lie from NY. We recently dropped our 2nd single off our upcoming E.P. Songs For A Monday Morning. The song is called Rinse and Repeat it was released April 4th.
Thank all of sharing your new releases this month! It's always a treat to hear some backstory and then enjoy the ride 😎
Wow! This is cool! I didn't know this was a thing! I would love for you guys to check out one of my new songs. So, I am pretty new to publishing my music. I am not gaining traction very quickly, but I am still learning. This song, I wrote through the tears of dealing with 6 plus years of chronic illness and pain. The struggle is daily and difficult. I have always used writing, whether it be songs or stories, or just journaling, to deal with my struggles and even to celebrate my successes. I hope you guys enjoy this!
