It's been nearly another month since I was told I would be contacted shortly, and nobody has reached out to me. Look, I love Pandora, it's my favorite platform, but this is very disheartening to never hear back with an update or anything. It's been nearly 5 months since I first brought up this issue!! Why do I not get notifications of a song being added to a playlist, and why are my programming placements not showing any of the playlists I'm in except for Fresh Cuts? I can look at any given track and see that the songs are in editorial placements, ones with the pandora logo in the top left of the thumbnail. This has been an issue that has apparently been going on for years on my end, and it wasn't until November of last year that I realized that I should have been seeing them under programming placements. I was told that "An editorial programming should lead to a "Programming Placement" directly from someone at Pandora named Chris, who has been replying to my inquiries, but nothing has gone any further than that.
