Even campaigns are affected. I looked at songs that tanked (tons of them), and they are all losing/lost editorial and algorithmic placement. My latest album that released on 8/28 was doing very well and I started this campaign on 9/17. It was growing beautifully, and now look. Nearly 7K a day down to 198?? The lower two snapshots show the title track to my last album. What it was doing in 28 days, vs only being reduced to organic. Nobody has reached out to us with support tickets either. Also, guys, this was my last campaign of the year to promote my new album. This really hurts!

I noticed that the songs that have dropped in streams have significantly lower algorithmic and editorial placement. Some have lost it all together and it is only organic. For example, the title track of my latest album had algorithmic and editorial placement and now all it shows is organic from yesterday. Look at the amount of streams it had accumulated and was still growing in daily streams. After October 1st, it tanked and and then went down to 2 that were only organic? This is the title track, and it was climbing well, too. Also even my song on an actual campaign has tanked. Can someone please do something about this? I have not heard from anyone yet.

My catalog dropped massively on October 1st, and each day it is getting less and less. I have a new album release that is a month old, and the image shows the build of one of the songs tanking considerably, which is also a song that has been on campaign for about a week. It was climbing, hitting 7K in a day and then dropping to 225? This should not be happening. I'm seeing this across nearly 90% of my catalog. I have seen other people mentioning the same thing, too. In the graph you can see the beautiful upward build, then it drops off suddenly. Someone, please look into this. This is not just me it is happening to, many artists are experiencing the same thing. moderator’s edit: updated title for clarity

Still seeing my streams across my discography tank to about 10% of what it was. This is not normal. Can someone please look into this? I am not the only person seeing this happen.

I hope this gets resolved quickly. The support message I got did not take into account that I absolutely meet the criteria for a song from my last album to campaign. Kinda like my actual issue was not even addressed and I got a copy/paste response without actually looking at what I said was the issue. I have never known Pandora to not read the actual issue. Every song on my last album is beyond eligible. For some reason none of the songs are showing up at all under campaigns/featured tracks.

I released a new album on August 28th, and every song on it is eligible for a campaign. Some are nearing 20K streams already. I want to set up a campaign for one of the songs, but none of the songs from the album are available when I try to make a campaign. I run 3 monikers, and I have recent released for two of them. Both are not appearing on Pandora. I know there was an issue stated a week or so ago about this, but I no longer see that banner. Can someone help me please? I have never had an issue with my releases showing up, and my distributer, (Distrokid), says the releases were sent to Pandora.

I appreciate it being looked into, but it's going on 10 days where there has been no update to the stats. Any chance we can get an ETA of when it will be fixed?

I've noticed a featured track campaign of mine that was getting 9,500+ streams a day stopped showing streams since 5/6. It just says 0 from that point forward, and it has only been a featured track for 15 days. Regular streams for the song are updating. It's the campaign that isn't updating.

Some music is missing from my artist catalog. The music are songs I published in collaboration with another artist. I have two monikers where I collaborated with the same artist. Only one of the collaborations appear on my end, for both monikers. Also, the ones that show on my end (the circle under collaborations and other profiles), I can not click on them to show my any info, and if I search my catalog on either moniker, they do not show up in my list of songs. I can see the music is on Pandora, but under a joint name, ie: "Maria Davis & 7and5", and also "Firehawk & 7and5". I enclosed pictures to show what I mean. How can I get my music to show up in my catalog? .
