Hey yโall!
As a creator, there is nothing more exciting than finally releasing new music! The spontaneous ideas, the collaborative recording sessions, the painstaking details of getting the mix just right, all shape the music we ultimately make. So letโs celebrate that moment together in Creators Drop, a new monthly thread for you to share your new release!
If you want to participate in Creators Drop, check out some of the guidelines:
- Single, EPs and Full-Length albums are welcome
- Release must have come out this month
- Tell us a little something about the release. Where was it recorded? What is the backstory of the song? Any interesting recording/engineering techniques? Anything to give us a little background!
- If the release is an EP or Full-Length, what is a focus-track we should check out?
- Only 1 submission per month
- Must be a Pandora link
I am personally excited to hear what you all have been working on and talk about it. I think a lot of other Pandora for Creators community members will too.

Hi Chris, thanks for the message. Please find attached a link to my new release, just yesterday! "Open Door" (radio edit) by Krolik. I hope you enjoy it. Open Door is a single from my new album "Gyrocosmic Relitivation". I am a solo artist, self-produced, and recorded in my own studio.
Can you tell me more about Creators Drop?
Thanks again, Krolik

Very cool @Krolik! This sounds really good, love the panning you do with the filtered (slap?) bass. Did you track the drums too? I'm really impressed with the drum tone and mix you got. They're busy but sound great just driving the song. This kinda reminds me of The Cult. I'm feeling it!
Yeah, Creators Drop is a new monthly series were doing. I am hoping to help spotlight the impressive songs that our Community members are making. We're just getting started so I appreciate you being the first to share โ๏ธ

Yes, I recorded the drums too.
Is Creators Drop going to run like a podcast or a playlist? Like a show, or just a stream of songs?
I would love to be involved ๐.
Best regards,
David

Hi Chris,
I have been trying to keep my political commentary songs on the high road, but my anger overflowed and I need to express it. I thought about the stereotypes of women with daddy issues and contrasted them with the US president and his sidekick. I always try to make my songs have high clarity of lyrics and catchy, and I love how this birth expresses the anger that I wanted while having some humor and being super catchy. I am finding my songs rotate between practical ("Rise above the Rage"), angry ("Better Off""), and sad (my next release "We're all screwed").
Here is "Better Off": https://pandora.app.link/wgvXTsYwJRb
Thanks, Joseph Schwartz

Hi Chris,
The Great Lie โ โFracturedโ
Released March 7th 2025
*(First single from the upcoming E.P., Songs For a Monday)
The Great Lie unleashes Fractured, a blistering anthem for a world coming apart. A fusion of crossover hardcore and noise rock, this track is as relentless as the fractures it exposesโcracked foundations, shattered trust, and the raw truth of our broken humanity.
With razor-sharp riffs, pummeling rhythms, and vocals like a warning siren in a storm, Fractured doesnโt just reflect the chaosโit embodies it. The song captures disconnection and despair, the realization that the systems we trust are crumbling. Each note is a scream for something real, something uncorrupted.
As the first single from Songs For a Monday, Fractured sets the tone for an E.P. that refuses to turn away from the wreckage. The Great Lie delivers an unflinching look at the worldโs fracturesโboth personal and systemicโwhile channeling the urgency and aggression that define the best of hardcore and noise rock.
The cracks are showing. The damage is done. This is Fractured

Hi Chris,
Wanted to share with you my latest piano solo album, "Purple Silhouette," that I just released today. It is a collection of 10 original piano compositions written in early 2025 in relaxing, romantic, and reflective styles. Always love "purple" because it is my wife's favorite color! This was recorded in Nashville, TN in my home studio where I record almost all my albums. Thanks so much for giving it a listen and for all the support and encouragement you give to artists!

Hey Chris!
I hope everyone here is doing well! Thank you for this opportunity. I released my single this month called On My Own which is by lumin (which is me). here is the pandora link for it:
https://pandora.app.link/GrtaaLfeYRb
This song was recorded at my home. This is my first project, but my mentor is 2-time Grammy award winning producer that guided me through teaching the recording and mastering process. I did do recording and mastering all by myself after applying what I have learned. After it was recorded, my mix engineer mixed my recording. I am not 100% sure if any of my recording techniques are interesting but what it could be unconventional is that I used the guitar through UAD console but used the plug ins that are very similar to my vocal pre-amp to give it a similar tone other than the amp it of itself.
Let me know if you have any specific questions!

Wow! These submissions are awesome! Thanks y'all!
@joespi314 - I know it's tough not to be political these days. I enjoy politically-themed music although sometimes it can be a bit on-the-nose so I appreciate your unique take on it.
@Thegreatlie - Love how live and raw this sounds. Kind of reminds me of The Jesus Lizard. With modern recording techniques, it is so tempting to make everything sound perfect so I really appreciate how human this whole track is. It really conveys the urgent message of the song. I'm feeling it!
@james27 - Hearing "Purple Silhouette" (the track) immediately put me at ease. Wow - what a lovely and meditative song. There a quite of few unexpected chords peppered throughout this song that perked my ears but didn't take me out of the daydream. It's jazzy at times but you don't showboat although i'm sure you could if you really wanted to ๐ The production is wonderful too, feels live but pristine. Fantastic!
@minhun97 - I commented on your track in the Come Introduce Yourself thread but I will repeat myself in saying I really enjoyed "On My Own" and find it to be a very thoughtful & well-arranged song. I feel like pop songs these days can be quite flat dynamically so I appreciated how each part of your song has it's own feeling which distinct moments. Lots happens throughout the song but not of it feels forced or over-stuffed. Very impressive that this was your first recording project! You could have fooled me โ๏ธ

Hi!
The track "Take Back The Crown" was produced in my bedroom, while the vocalist contributed from 1,000 miles away in Colorado. This track was created in 2022 for an sync opportunity submission. Unfortunately, it wasn't picked, but I always felt the song was too good for the world not to hear. I also wrote the hook just to cement the vibe of the song, while the vocalist wrote the remaining parts. 3 years later, I finally decided to release the song.

Love this story, @slicedkiwibeats! It's so interesting how songs can sit and then evolve over the years. I know that in the past, I have had demos collecting dust on my computer but I always knew I wanted to revisit them at some point. It's interesting to come back to older songs after years have passed and bring them back to life with a new perspective.
"Take Back The Crown" sounds great. It's got a sinister vibe that really reflects the lyrics/hook of the song. I'm happy to you decided to let the world hear it!
