Hi! I released by single Missing Generation on 6/14/25 and so far I am loving what Pandora provides for stats, exposure, etc.
I recently attempted to start a Featured Track campaign as I have enough spins and the single was released in the past year. When I go to type the name of my song in the Choose Track to Feature field, nothing comes up. It just types red letters and it looks like an error. But I know that there are enough spins and its not grayed out or anything, the song just doesn't come up - in fact no songs come up. Its strange because if I start to create a Program and I type in my track it does come up. It's only the Featured Track section.
My spins have been going down in the past 7 days so I am hoping that this functionality can be fixed. If average weekly spins was the metric I will be fine but if it is the last 7 days there is a chance it dips too much and I don't want to be ineligible to feature it.
I did tag amp Pandora socials on Instagram for the Fresh Cuts playlist as well.

In the future, if a track does not populate in the Featured Track module, please send an email to amp-support@pandora.com. Our support team will be able to look into it and help on a case-by-case babsis.

I'm facing this issue recently. I think it's a technical error. My songs have enough spins, but they don't come up when I search for them to feature. I had no problems in the past featuring the tracks, but in the last couple of months, I'm facing this issue. Especially for my new releases. I hope that pandora support team will fix it soon.
As a follow up, when I go to my artist bio I have a radio station which is how I’m getting radio spins. But when I go to my single Missing Generation, I can’t start a radio station from the song. Is this normal? I wonder if this is what is causing the issue? @ChrisPandora
