As a creator on Pandora, you may notice that some folks have multiple artist profiles. These could be profiles with Holiday content, Children’s music or a collaborative release with another artist. These profiles are unique to Pandora, so let’s talk about them!
If a creator has Holiday or Children's content available on Pandora, a separate creator profile with a "(Holiday)" or "(Children's)" parenthetical after the creator’s name will be added to Pandora.
This helps to make sure that their Holiday or Children's content only streams on Holiday or Children's stations. Creators will need to use their Holiday or Children's profile in Pandora AMP to create campaigns for their content or check out data on how their content is performing on Pandora.
When the metadata for a release lists multiple primary artists, this will create a joint artist profile on Pandora. You can see this with Dolly Parton & Kenny Rogers' collaborative track "Islands In the Stream" here.
This content should be listed with all primary artists' profiles on Pandora. However, creators will need to use the joint artist profile in Pandora AMP to create campaigns for their content or to review the insights to see how it is performing on Pandora.
Do you have a Joint, Holiday or Children’s profile you are unable to access in AMP? You can claim it here.
