Hey @djbillieb - If you're having trouble with your artist profile on Pandora changing in anyway, please email us at amp-support@pandora.com. Our team can best assist you with artist profile issues directly through email.

In the meantime, it's worth noting there was a bug that has been fixed that made some artists' photos return to a default image on Pandora. This issue should be fixed and your photo should return to any recent changes you've made.

However, if your artist profile photo is incorrect, you can change your artist profile photo directly from your AMP dashboard.

To upload a new artist profile photo, log into your account on the AMP website. Under your artist name, click on the Profile tab to the right of Campaigns.

From here, click the Change Image link to upload a new photo and scale the image as needed. When finished, make sure to click Save to submit the image for review.

As for your artist biography on Pandora, it's worth noting that we don't have an internal database for biographical information, right now.

For biographies, we access these through TiVo's Allmusic.com database for biographical information. They have a separate submission process.

You will need to reach out TiVo to request that they create a bio for you through Allmusic. You can get in touch with TiVo here.

Please note that TiVo editorial material is written by, and at the discretion of, TiVo. TiVo writes all of their original content and cannot guarantee editorial coverage for any artist.
