Please merge my two artist profiles

zenpicker
Underground

I have two albums on Pandora, from two distributors. I now have two artist profiles I need to merge. It sounds like only Support can do this?

I would like this older profile:

https://www.pandora.com/artist/edward-hamlin/AR77hPz7K25lll4

Merged into this newer one:

https://www.pandora.com/artist/edward-hamlin/AR55PV9XqnmkxhX

If there is a way I can do this myself, I am happy to, but I couldn't figure it out.

Thanks,

Edward Hamlin

Hey @zenpicker - These should be merged in a moment!

Thanks, but it's not quite right just yet. If I search for "Edward Hamlin" I get one artist profile (the old one, actually) and all the individual songs from the old record and the new one. The second artist profile is gone. So far, so good.

But clicking on the artist name under any one of the songs or albums takes me to the artist profile, which does not show the new album's songs.

The link to the artist profile is: https://www.pandora.com/artist/edward-hamlin/AR77hPz7K25lll4

That profile shows twelve songs, all from my first record, and none of the (new) songs that come up when I just search for "Edward Hamlin." There are two singles released so far from the new album, "Aloft"; those, and the rest of the tunes once it's released on the 26th, should also appear in the artist profile. They do come up in the general search for Edward Hamlin, as does the entry for the new album (https://pandora.app.link/jHPtwhIkHWb).

So, what we need to do is get the new album and its content listed under the single Edward Hamlin artist profile. I'd also like to update the artist photo, but that's secondary.

Thanks -

Edward

@zenpicker - Would you mind checking again? I think it is all up-to-date now.

Something to keep in mind with library maintenance is that it can sometimes take up to 24 hours from when the changes are made on the backend until they are fully available on Pandora.

Let me know if it looks good to you!

Chris can you please do this for my account as well? Somehow my latest release created an entirely new profile here: https://www.pandora.com/artist/dead-on-a-sunday/ARKmcP5tgc3z45X

Which I would like to be merged into my original profile here: https://www.pandora.com/artist/dead-on-a-sunday/ARPk2cmbnZ2KxbX

Thank you
