Greetings and welcome to the Pandora for Creators Community! This is a space to learn about AMP tools, connect with other creators and get support.
My name is Chris and I am one of the Moderators and a Lead Support Specialist on the AMP team 🙂
If you are new to Pandora for Creators, please introduce yourself! You can feel free to include:
• A link to your music and/or podcast on Pandora
• An artist that inspires you
• Your favorite AMP tool
I’m happy to kick this off!
Here is a link to my band on Pandora.
David Byrne is an artist who truly inspires me. I was fortunate enough to see him perform a few years ago and marveled at how he was able to reimagine songs I’ve heard a million times to sound fresh & exciting with new live arrangements.
The AMP tool I think is special is Artist Audio Messages. It is such a unique way to connect with your audience that can only be found on Pandora.
Once again, welcome and don’t feel shy!
Hello all I'm Terence Young NOW. I'm a singer/songwriter based out of Tampa, Fl. I'm excited to meet other artist and learn more about how I can share my music with the world through the AMP Pandora community.
I don't have a favorite tool just yet as I'm just getting started but I'm looking forward to learning.
Here a link to my music below.

Looking forward to connecting with you all. Remember the time is always NOW. 🙂
Hello All,
I’ve been publishing my music on Pandora since 2017, but only in the last year have I started paying attention to Pandora. Since then, I updated my profile, made a Playlist, a Program, and some featured tracks.
I had almost no results. For the featured tracks, for example, I got 0 (yeap, zero kk) featured streams on all of them, although some of them had around 100 normal streams (not featured)
So, I need to learn a bit more and understand what I’m doing wrong. Any advice about how to really start on Pandora will be very welcome!
About the questions:
- My Profile: Roberto Giacometti
- Someone who inspires me: (several kk) Olga Scheps, Evgeny Kissin, Vladimir Horowitz, Vallllentina Lisitsa, Daniel Barenboim, Martha Argerich, etc.
- My favorite AMP tool? I don't know, as I haven't gotten results from them (yet). But (buuut) I totally agree with the concept, permitting artists to really promote their music, fairly, honestly.
Regards
Hello,
Let me introduce myself,my name is Sophie Riviere. I am a pianist and composer from the island of Noirmoutier in France, and I compose neoclassical music. My sources of inspiration are the sea and sailors. I am deeply committed to ocean preservation.
My favorite artist is Nils Frahm, and my favorite amp tool is Milestone Notifications :).
In the past, I have received a great deal of support from Pandora, who included my music in various stations, and I am very grateful for that, as it has allowed me to further develop my musical work.
I’m attaching my artist profile. Wishing you all a wonderful day. Sophie

Hello @TOOLIE634, @TYNOW22, @giacometti & @SophieRiviere! Thanks for saying hi and sharing your music with us 🎶
@giacometti - I understand your concerns. We hope the AMP marketing tools help you build your presence on Pandora but it can take some time. I would highly recommend participating in an upcoming webinar to connect with our Curation team and try tagging our team on Socials to try and get a placement on our AMP Fresh Cuts station ✌️
Greetings!

Hey there! I am so excited to kick off my artist journey here on Pandora! Please check out my artist page here, https://pandora.app.link/gRFC8Rlh0Sb.
Dorothy is an artist that really inspires me. Her music really sets the stage. You can literally imagine what she was feeling when she wrote it. I really hope I can inspire fans like that one day!
My favorite AMP tool is the artist insights. It helps me to see what's going on with my music and lets me adjust what I am doing to hopefully get my numbers up. I am still learning and will take all the help I can get!
Thanks for having me!!
Howdy!
Robert Hecker here. Best known, I suppose, for my fourteen years in the band Redd Kross (two seven year stints). Dozens of national tours, a few European jaunts, signed to Atlantic, MTV, Rolling Stone; we eked out an existence, but I never made any money (can I get an amen). There is now a book & a documentary.
Still chasing the dream. I have recorded five sixteen-song albums with my band It's OK!:

If we are going to talk influences, ultimately I have to default to the Beatles. I am a shredder (just saying), but that is really just about a skill set & headroom; playing for the song is the ultimate goal, a la Beatle George, or James Honeyman-Scott, or Elliot Easton, or Brian May, or any other number of guitar giants who have that gift for writing unique stand-on-their-own-ground solos.
I just signed up to this community, so I have no idea what my favorite AMP tools are yet, but I am happy to post an addendum when I start to get the hang of it. It's OK! has always been a DIY endeavor, so I am looking forward to learning more.
@hrtfeltlyricist - Thanks for sharing your tunes! Welcome to our lil Community 👊
@Robert_Hecker - Ah thanks for stopping by and saying hi! I am a fan of Redd Kross and am looking forward to checking out what you've been up to lately with It's OK!.
Your list of guitar influences is top-notch, all those guys wrote such great, melodic solos. I think of all the hooks George Harrison wrote (one example would be "Something") where the lead part just gets stuck in my head. It takes a lot of skill to write simple parts (sorry EVH).
I just queued up IT'S OK! to be analyzed by our team. Once they complete that, you'll have access to all of the AMP tools. People really enjoy Featured Tracks so definitely keep that one in mind for new releases.
Well, I am completely new to this, so forgive me if I seem a little ignorant about what I am asking, but I would like to get my music to where people can listen to it on their TV's and Radios. What do I need to do to make this happen? Please respond in layman's terms.
Hey everyone! I'm Anja Churchill — a Swedish-American indie-folk artist. I’m inspired by artists like Alice Phoebe Lou and Maggie Rogers, and my own music tends to be sparse, emotional, and vocally driven.
I put together a playlist of some of my favorite artists — check it out here:

@anjachurchill - Welcome + thank you for sharing your music and this inspirations playlist!
Your music is so dreamy - the productions, lyrics and your vocals are all so lush. I love the vocal arrangements in "Not The End". It reminds me of Nighttime, Aldous Harding or Sibylle Baier.
@LUIGALA86 - So good to meet you! Is your music on Pandora? If so, please share a link and I'll give it a spin 💿
Hey Pandora friends!
My name is Mariami, I'm so happy to be here with you. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself!
My music blends soulful storytelling with dreamy melodies… think if Frank Ocean and BANKS had a heart-to-heart over a bottle of wine and turned it into a song and Kacey Musgraves was the fairy godmother. That’s kind of my lane. Emotional, a little mystical and from the heart.
I was born in Georgia (the country!), grew up in New York and Vermont, and my songs carry a mix of all those places, East and West, ancient and modern, soft and strong.
If you’re into music that makes you feel, I’d love to be part of your playlist. Let me know what you’re listening to these days too, I love swapping music with new friends ✨
xo,
Mariami
@officialmariami
@Mariami - Wow: "think if Frank Ocean and BANKS had a heart-to-heart over a bottle of wine and turned it into a song and Kacey Musgraves was the fairy godmother."
What an amazing description haha! i'll give it a spin and welcome to our community 🍷
Hey All,
I'm JEREMY RYAN a guitarist, singer, songwriter, musician that is just looking to connect and share my music. I now have x5 Singles out on Pandora. I've been singing & playing guitar since I was about 14yrs old.
https://pandora.app.link/ls5ZApvYpUb
I've always been inspired by Rock bands like SHINEDOWN, STAIND & other band with that similar sound but I would say John Rzeznik of the GOO GOO Dolls has inspired me with his singing & songwriting style.
Best AMP tool would probably be the play tracker
Very cool @JMRockstar! Welcome!! I can definitely hear the John Rzeznik influence in your song "Smile & Wave". Also, love that left turn that puts the song into five for a spell 🔥
As you are releasing new music, don't forget to share it in the Creator's Drop thread!

One artist who really inspires me is Dear Gravity their emotional depth and cinematic ambient style truly resonate with me.
My favorite AMP tool is Artist Audio Messages I love how it helps me connect with listeners and give them some background on the inspiration behind each track.
Looking forward to connecting and discovering new creators here!
Welcome @eongardener! I always appreciate some good grounding ambient music.
It's good to have you here!
