Why is "Start Station" grayed out for my albums?

I'm an artist with two albums on Pandora:

For both of these pages, the "Start Station" button is grayed out on the web. 

If I try creating the station from the app, then the "Play" button never works. 

How can we resolve this? I'm mainly curious to see what other artists your algorithm pairs me with.

sometimes an artists music hasnt been curated yet so it isnt ready to be on a radio yet

I'll be happy to help! I see you've already created a ticket with the AMP team to claim your profile; they'll follow up with you via email.

Regarding your content, at the moment, your music is only available with our Premium service but not our radio service quite yet. I've sent this over to our Curation team to consider your content for radio play back.

This process can take some time, but feel free to check back for updates.
