To keep thing tidy I moved your post to a thread that seems more in line to what you are experiencing: Access account on new device.

As the accepted solution on this thread mentions, Pandora accounts follow the email address so to activate your account on a new phone or any other device, you simply have to sign into the app with your Pandora account email address and password.
