I dont get an email to reset my password. My android phone will play pandora but when i try on my laptop says dont recognise and i put in the same password as on my phone

I'm being asked to sign into Pandora for some reason but when I couldn't remember my password, I tried to reset it but never received the email... checked my spam folders already.
Suggestions?

Hi Tanner. Surprising isn’t it? 🙂 My credentials work for this board but not for the app. I attempted to use the reset menu in the app, and the reset email still has not arrived (or in the spam) which is concerning.
