Artist messages still play after turning them off

I started getting messages a while back from artists like “here’s my new song” and "Give it a thumbs up". 
I have artist messages turned off on all my devices.

I’m paying for music and this is exactly why I moved from SiriusXM to Pandora.

I’m having this exact same problem, it is especially prevalent and bad on the Today’s Country station. I have artist messaging turned off everywhere. It happened just this evening, attached is a screenshot, the name of the song was “Give Thomas a Thumbs Up!” by Thomas Rhett, at ~11:40 p.m, 10 Sept 2024

And here’s another one…. Lainey Wilson must think she’s special too, but I still don’t want to hear her telling me to like her music… quite the opposite, it’s gonna make me give her a thumbs down…. 12:07 am mountain time on 11sept 2024
