Forgot Password/No Access to Email

My mom logged out of her account, and forgot her password. She does not have access to her recovery email either. So we don't know what to do?

I've gone ahead and created an email support case so she can get back to listening. One of our agents can help with recovering your mom's account and updating her email address.
