How to speak with a live agent

Is there a way to speak to an agent either on the phone or chat live?

@shonda72 While we do not offer phone support, there is a way for you to speak with a live agent via chat during business hours.

@shonda72 While we do not offer phone support, there is a way for you to speak with a live agent via chat during business hours.

When I click on my Pandora app it says it's searching for my music forever and ever it doesn't follow music so that's my issue I pay you $6 a month for my music and now I can't listen to my music can you please fix this problem thank you

@choppersmitty Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Hello Shonda! I have been trying for 30 minutes now to find the correct avenue to cancel my account. The help page I'm supposed to be sent to will not pull up/error. Please let me know what I do from here. It is like a needle in a haystack trying to find my subscription info.
