Not able to log in

I get a message that says Incorrect Username or Password when I log in to my account. I ask for password reset. I get the email with the link/button. I've clicked the button and also tried copying the link. It just takes me back to the original log in. There isn't anywhere to reset my password.  Please help me with my log in issue so I can listen to my Playlist on Pandora.
