Anyone know how to gain access to an existing Pandora account without access to old email account??

I can't access my premium account with all my saved songs and can't reset my password because my old email isn't working.
Email for Pandora account is jXXXXX@XXXXXt
My new email is: rXXXX@XXXXm

I've also removed your email addresses that you've provided from public view. Please avoid posting private information on the community website as this information is viewable to everyone.

I no longer have the email address and zip code that is registered with Pandora but it won't let me change them.

When submitting your message through our help page, make sure to provide both the email address your account is registered under, along with the email address you'd like them to contact you back at.

I can’t access my old email either and haven’t heard back from pandora since I reached out a few days ago.
@Geenah23 I do not see any open tickets with our support team with the email address associated with your community account.

How do I enter new e mail address: So pandora will know me and log me in. Pass word is also changed.
Old E mail is obsolete: Can send or receive e mail messages. Pandora must use xx@ to communicate with me. Old e mail: xx@ dead e mail.
Pandora automatically charges my bank account and renews me every year. WIll not work this time!
E mail and bank accounts are now obsolete. How do I fix this problem with Pandora.

my account is under an old email I don't have access to and am unable to sign in under since i've reset the password. I don't have app access either. I created a new pandora account but is there any way to merge my old account to the new one since I want all my old stations and thumbs up? or can you help me access my old account?

This is so frustrating. I have paid for premium Pandora for approximately 12 years now originally started with an old email address and want to change it but do not have access to that email and cannot remember my password. I have submitted three tickets it’s been over three months and have heard nothing terrible customer service, no phone number to contact it’s like I’m being held hostage and all I want is to change my email address!!
