Someone else is using your Pandora account

Music interruption

Same message every 5 minutes telling me to return to Pandora to keep listening!! Im thr only one listening and resetting passwords and all that other junk isn't working l. Looking for a new streaming platform is the next option.

@Burrbaby318 Sorry for the trouble you are having with that message interrupting your listening sessions.

If you're seeing the message, "Your Pandora Account is currently playing on another device," or "Someone else is listening," it means that multiple devices are streaming from your account simultaneously.

While your Pandora account can be logged into as many devices as you like, they can't be playing at the same time. As long as you press pause on one device before you listen on another, you should be fine.

If you are concerned that this message means unauthorized access to your account, I recommend resetting your password and signing out of all of the devices. It may cause a temporary interruption in service.
