I received a new survey email today, but it showed my points at 0.
I don't recall ever getting rewarded for my previous 50 points - can someone look into this, please?

I checked in with the team who manages the survey, and they do see you received a reward on 9/25.
They are mentioned it is showing as Claimed on their end, meaning you were able to successfully redeem the $5 Amazon e-gift card.
Do you happen to see that on your end?
