I completed a survey that was sent to me on 1/7. I had 40 points then and the survey was 10 points. However, when I entered my email to receive my gift card the page froze and I have yet to receive an email with my $5 gift card. Can someone please let me know if I qualify to receive a gift card? Thanks.
