Trouble logging into Mood Media player

I'm trying to log into my business account on our business computer. It keeps reminding me that the username field is case sensitive. How do I know what my username is? I've successfully logged in to my account on this computer using the email associated with it... but am getting an error every time I try to log in on the main one connected to the business player. Another strange thing- music is playing on the speakers clearly from pandora but I'm not logged in?
