Hey there, @Jus54ski. 👋
Sorry to hear that happened. Your issue has been escalated and someone from our User Support team will be contacting you via email to offer further assistance with ensuring the security of your Pandora account.
Please be on the look out for their email soon. 📬
Hi @MoeJoe, thanks for posting to community.
Currently, it's not possible to remove devices on your end at this time, you can upvote this idea by liking this request if you want to see this as a feature offered on Pandora.
In the meantime, I've asked our User Support team to remove all the devices associated with your Pandora account. This will automatically sign you out everywhere including any devices you currently have, so you will need to sign back in once this change takes effect. Please be patient as this may not happen instantaneously.
Hope this helps. Thanks for being part of community.
I added my Pandora account to a Sonos that was used at my workplace. I have recently lost my job but was unable to sign out of my Pandora account on that Sonos system. I need to remove them ASAP as they are continuing to use my Pandora account. Please help!
I've changed my password in an effort to kick unauthorized people of my account. They are still logged in under the old password. You really should fix this flaw. If the password is changed it really should log out of any account not currently using the new password
