Android: App doesn't resume playing last station listened to

My Pandora app also keeps starting on a different station than what I last listened to

To clarify, does this happen every time?

For example, if you launch the app right now and start a station, then press pause and close the app, will a different station play if you immediately open it again?

Or is your issue that you might be listening to a station today, and then when you re-launch the app tomorrow, a different will play?
