Pandora App won't load as of 4-10-26

My Pandora App won't load on my Samsung,  started as very slow loading/ long time between songs in early April then about April 12 2026 won't load at all - tried everything recommended( clear cache, uninstalled/ reinstalled, on both Google Play and Galaxy store) not sure what is going on, is the only App I am having problems with so isnt my Wi-Fi - any solutions ? I heard that Pandora did some changes around April 1 of this year so maybe a gliche

I’ve enabled a trace on your account to help us take a closer look at what’s happening behind the scenes. For this to capture the right details, could you please run through the troubleshooting steps once more while we’re in contact?: Troubleshooting for Android Devices

If the issue continues after that, I’d really appreciate a bit more detail so I can dig deeper:

  • Can you confirm if this also happens while on cellular data?
  • Are you connected to Bluetooth when this occurs?
  • Do any error messages appear when the app fails to load? If so, what do they say?
  • Can you please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Additionally, please provide your device model, Android OS, One UI (if on Samsung), and Pandora app versions:

  • Model:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone > Android version):
  • One UI version: (Settings > About Phone > Software information):
  • Pandora version (Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora):

Once I have that info, I’ll be able to take a much closer look and help get things working again.
