There isn’t a separate setting that allows you to manually control how much Pandora buffers during each song. Buffering is handled automatically and can vary depending on your connection and network conditions at the time.
If you're having a problem with buffering, there are a some things you can try that may help improve playback:

Check Profile > Settings > Advanced > Cell Network Audio Quality. If Higher Quality Audio is enabled, try turning it off. Higher-quality audio uses more data and may be more affected by a slower or inconsistent cellular connection.

If the buffering happens on Wi-Fi, restarting your modem/router may also help.
If you continue to experience frequent buffering, let us know the make and model of your device, your Android and Pandora versions, whether this happens on Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both, and how often you notice it.
