I lost my whole collection after signing into my account, I only have one account and I know it's the right one because I still have everything else except my collection, I've been with Pandora for a few years polishing my collection, is there any way I can get it back

Is your entire collection missing, or only some of it?
If only some of it, what are the names of some of the content that is currently missing?
Also, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

My entire collection is gone, and I'm on a device, it's a OnePlus n300 5g with TMobile and I never had issues before, it happened after Pandora crashed randomly and all of it was gone
