Reset your password on mobile: 

If you're not already signed into the mobile app, and have forgotten your password, you can request a new one with the following instructions:

If you don't see this option, you may already be signed into the app. You can request a new password by requesting a new password here, then proceed with the rest of the instructions below.

  1. Open the Pandora app.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link located below the sign in fields.
  3. Enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account.
  4. Follow the instructions contained in the password-reset email after receiving it.

This email may take a little while to arrive. If you don't see it shortly, check your Spam and Junk folders.

If you're having trouble receiving or viewing the reset password email, please contact us here for further assistance.

Change your password on mobile:

  1. Open your Profile and tap the Settings gear in the top right corner. Select Account.
  2. From there you can change all your registration information (including your email address or password).
  3. Tap Save when you're done.

*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.
