Android: Music breaks up when using earbuds

Awanaangel

I'm having the same problem. My earbuds are new and the music, which at first played great now breaks up or stops and changes music. I don't think it is my new skull candy ear buds.

Hey, @Awanaangel. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue too.

  • Are you using a web browser? If so, which one?
  • Or, are you using the Pandora Desktop App for MAC or Windows computers?
  • Have you tried repairing your Skullcandy ear buds with your computer to refresh the connection

Let me know. 🎧

Hi, @Awanaangel. 👋

Thanks for getting back to me with those details. I moved your posts over to a separate thread in the Android space to avoid any confusion.

It sounds like you've repaired your Bluetooth earbuds and run through the standard steps: Android Troubleshooting

I can share your feedback with our tech team - it's helpful to know the following:

  • Model:
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number):
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
  • Lastly, are you far away from your device when this happens?

Let me know. 🎧
