Android: Podcast error "Something has gone wrong"

PODE
Local Performer

I've been having the same issue. I have about 14 podcasts that I listen too, however none of them work.

*I have reset my phone (Samsung Galaxy 21)

*I have deleted the data and cache for the app in my phone settings.

*I have disabled and enabled the app permissions.

*I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

All music stations seem to work, but none of the podcasts will play. They just say buffering with no error message.

*Speedtest shows I have solid internet.1000 mbps down and 300 mbps up.

Hey, @PODE. 👋

Thanks for letting us know about your experience. Sorry to hear that you're encountering that error message.

Sounds like you've run through our standard steps: Android Troubleshooting

I can share you experience with the appropriate party. It's helpful to know:

  • Model:
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number):
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
  • Any other patterns you've noticed?

We appreciate your help with sharing this information with our tech team. 🎧
