I'm having the same problem. My earbuds are new and the music, which at first played great now breaks up or stops and changes music. I don't think it is my new skull candy ear buds.

Hey, @Awanaangel. ๐
Sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue too.
- Are you using a web browser? If so, which one?
- Or, are you using the Pandora Desktop App for MAC or Windows computers?
- Have you tried repairing your Skullcandy ear buds with your computer to refresh the connection
Let me know. ๐ง

Hi, @Awanaangel. ๐
Thanks for getting back to me with those details. I moved your posts over to a separate thread in the Android space to avoid any confusion.
It sounds like you've repaired your Bluetooth earbuds and run through the standard steps: Android Troubleshooting
I can share your feedback with our tech team - it's helpful to know the following:
- Model:
- Carrier:
- Android version (Settings > About Phone):
- Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number):
- Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
- Lastly, are you far away from your device when this happens?
Let me know. ๐ง
