Android: No Sound when Music Appears to be Playing

No sound coming from my Samsung A51 from Pandora. Music shows its playing, but it's not. Can hear sound when connected to Bluetooth or using earbuds/headphones, just no sound from phone. I already did everything recommended; deleting cache, all that stuff, with no avail.

I would also try rebooting your device. In the meantime, I'd like to report your issue to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device?

• Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
