Android: Only downloading one station

NoahK
Local Performer

Hello,

I have Pandora Plus.  Per terms of the subscription, I am supposed to have 3 stations for download plus the Thumbprint station.  So far, you are only letting me download one station.

Make no mistake, I have 4GB of available space on my phone, and this is also happening on my tablet as well.  Clearly the problem is on Pandora's end.  I have toggled offline downloading off and on, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I am also very unhappy that my emails to Pandora and instant messages to them are being ignored.  Not very good to ignore customers

I hope to hear back.

By the way, customer service is not helpful. My issue is still not resolved and I am not getting a reply.

I do see have been in contact with our support team.

Please keep an eye out for their next email reply, and they will be happy to further assist.

Thanks for your patience in the meantime!

I have the exact same problem. Since approximately April 29th.  I use offline mode all the time and having only one station is annoying, not to mention against the terms I agreed when I signed up for my Pandora plus subscription.  I've been a member since the beginning so I'd appreciate an update on this problem.

@chix001 Sorry for the trouble you are having getting your full list of offline stations to download.

I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening. For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to run through the download process once more.

To begin, I'd recommend disabling the Offline Listening feature and re-enabling it, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes.

To do this from your Station List:

  1. Tap the Menu icon, then Settings.
  2. Under Settings, select Offline.
  3. Toggle Offline Stations OFF.

Finally, confirm that you would like the offline stations removed. Once you've done this, toggle the Offline Stations button back ON, and keep the app in the foreground while your offline stations re-download.

If you are still only able to download one station, can you please do me a favor and send me a screenshot of your collection while in Offline Mode?

In the meantime, could you also provide me with a bit more information about your device?

  • What is the make and model?
  • What carrier do you use?
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

I appreciate you working with me on this.
