It took a few tries for this to work. I have a Google Pixel 10 pro, with AT&T service.  The problem existed on cellular or Wi-Fi.  I was in Florida all week last week and could not resolve it.  But I'm at my home now with faster Wi-Fi and I redid the solution you proposed and it worked.   So it must have been a bandwidth problem last week or something of that nature. ... Android: Offline Stations don't complete download

I have the exact same problem. Since approximately April 29th.  I use offline mode all the time and having only one station is annoying, not to mention against the terms I agreed when I signed up for my Pandora plus subscription.  I've been a member since the beginning so I'd appreciate an update on this problem.
