Android: Playlists do not appear in Collection

I've been having the same problem. I recently got a new phone (not sure if that makes a difference) and when I signed in I found that I couldn't edit any of my playlists. they don't appear in my collection either, I've tried to collect them over and over again but it won't let me. please help me out!!

@fork_fight Can you please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing when sorting your collection by Playlists?
