Greetings,
I, and many other in a community of which I am apart, often use WiFi for purposes other than internet connectivity and no internet is available in these cases. My Pandora App (Pandora Plus account) seems to not have a means for me to enable offline mode even though I don't have internet. Apparently, it has a built-in (and incorrect) assumption that if I have WiFi I *must* be only interested in internet usage. Is there some trick (or, ahem, obvious feature...) that I'm missing here? It is *not* acceptable for me to have to disconnect WiFi to go into offline mode (as, my WiFi usage, in this case, is *way* more important to me than Panora...).
Thanks,
Steve.
Hi there, @anotherstevest. 👋
There is an option that allows you to toggle into Offline Mode manually. Could you try that?
To listen offline from a mobile device, you can use the following steps:
Once Offline Mode has been enabled, you will see only the content in your collection that has been downloaded for offline listening.
If you're unable to do this, could you share more about what you're seeing?
Let me know. 🎧
