Android: Song Doesn't Finish / Music Cuts Off

Pandora keeps cutting the music off when the songs starts and restarts. I've trouble shoot it multiple times in my Samsung s20 fe but still does the same thing.

Thanks for posting about this. I've enabled a trace on your individual Pandora accounts.

If you haven't already, I would recommend running through the basic / advanced troubleshooting steps to see if it resolves the issue you're experiencing with the music cutting off. You can find those steps here: Android Troubleshooting

For persistent issues with songs not finishing after the troubleshooting steps, please provide more details about your device so I can report this to our engineering team. 

I'll need the follow info:

  • Model:
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Build number (Settings > About Phone):
  • Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.):

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

Have any error messages popped up?
