Whenever I am using my earbuds it rapidly skips through songs and will not play anything. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, restarted my phone, signed out and signed back in and no change. This happened at home, ehile I'm out and about and at work so I don't thinks its a connection problem.

I do see that you reinstalled Pandora recently. I would also recommend clearing your app data to see if this helps resolve the skipping. You can find those steps here: Android Troubleshooting
