Recently had to upgrade my phone, so I have the new Google pixel. When the guy transferred data it had my apps on there (just I few I don't have a lot of apps). When I opened pandora I noticed all the songs in my collection were gone, however the stations are still there. The last couple days I thought I had been starting to recollect and download my songs again (I have premium) I finally noticed that when I press the plus to collect that it turns into the dark checkmark, but not light as if it finished collecting. And if I leave the app and come back it's back to the plus sign like I haven't collected it. I've tried signing out and signing back in and uninstalling and installing again, neither of which fixed my issue. Not sure what else I can do to fix this issue?
Nevermind it started working randomly? I got a couple of my songs back into my collection, probably only 10 or so, when I used to have hundreds of not more. Kinda sad reallyy
@Jofey I’m glad to hear you were able to start collecting songs again, though I can understand how disappointing it would be to see only a small portion of your collection after having hundreds of songs saved previously.
To clarify, are your downloaded songs missing from Offline Mode? Or is the issue that your songs are missing from your collection altogether (even when you aren't in Offline Mode)?
In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening.
For this trace to be useful, please run through the additional troubleshooting steps listed here: Troubleshooting for Android Devices
After completing those steps and signing back into Pandora, please leave the app open for a while to give your collection some time to fully load and sync to your new phone. On a new device, it can sometimes take a little time for all of your collected content to appear.
If your full collection still doesn't return after giving it some time to load, please let me know. I'd be happy to pass this along for further investigation.
Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the trouble!
