Android: Unable to restore offline content after resubscribing

I renewed my account after a couple days of no subscription. According to other threads in order to keep the offline music I had to keep same level of subscription when renewing and not change mobile devices that the offline songs where saved. I had Pandora Premium paid through Google Pay before and now I am paying for Premium through Pandora itself. Are my saved offline songs truly lost?

@Nv8babe Nice to see you around the community.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to restore your offline content after resubscribing.

I recommend creating a new thread in our Ideas space if you'd like to see this option made available in the future.

While I understand how frustrating and meticulous this can be, you will need to re-download your offline content.

To download content for offline listening, you can tap the icon with the arrow pointing downward. This can be found on station, album and playlist pages, or, to download a track, tap the three dots on the Now Playing screen. Keep in mind, this button will only appear for eligible tracks.

I hope this helps explain, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
