Android: Volume increases after ad plays

Markschumacher1

Any time an ad comes on, it's considerably louder than I had it set before.     If I don't touch the volume and let the ad finish, the next song is at that same loud obnoxious level.     When I check the levels, they are right where I left them, yet when I touch them, they instantly go back to where I set them.

Please tell me there is a fix for this.     I have tried saving settings and all that.

@Markschumacher1 To clarify, does this happen after every ad that plays, or only with specific ones?

In the meantime, I recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for Android Devices

Let me know how it goes.

Seems like it's happening after songs, and ads.     Still no luck here.

Hi, @Markschumacher1. 👋

Thanks for the follow up, and sorry for the continued trouble.

I'd like to report your issue to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device?
