I receive an error message of "something has gone wrong. Please try again.", when I attempt to replay a song. I have cleared cache, cleared data, un-installed the app, and restarted the phone (all multiple times). I have a Samsung S23, please give me some guidance.

It looks like more recently you may have been using Android Auto in your Ford, is that correct?
Could you confirm:
Would you say that this started happening recently, with in the last few week, or few months? Or a recent update?

Hi Tanner, this has been going on 2-3 years now, over at least 2 different phones, and many updates. And yes, I do use Android Auto.

Hi Tanner, the issue is primarily on my android, though I do also experience it occasionally when connected to android auto.
