Audio clipping in mobile networks

Getting constant audio clipping on mobile data. Started around Jan. 1, 

Problem doesn't occur on Wi-Fi network.

I setup a ping, and I'm not seeing data drops. Something with the Panorama app.

Also tried raising and lowering the audio quality to no effect. Appears to be a buffering size problem during streaming.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble streaming over cellular data.

Let's go ahead and try some troubleshooting to see if we can fix that by refreshing the connection.

Please try the following steps from your Android mobile phone:

  • Go to your Android Settings.
  • Tap on Network & Internet, then tap Data Usage off and back on.
  • Finally, confirm Mobile Data is toggled on.

These steps did not solve problem, but it went away after another day. I suspect the cell data network was having issues.
