List goes back to the beginning after every song.how can i stop it?

List goes back to the beginning after playing a song. How do I stop this. And how do I delete music. I'm wanting to write what I have down delete it and put everything in order instead everything is everywhere and so I can make Playlist. Can anyone help?

Just to verify, are you experiencing this from your phone? Or are you having issues on other devices as well?

If you are on your phone, you can try the troubleshooting steps described here.

Now if you want to edit your playlist from your phone you can go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to edit. 

To rename or reorder your playlist:

• Tap the Edit icon below the album art.
• Reorder by dragging the list icon next to a track to the desired position. 
• Rename by tapping the playlist title.
• Press Save to save your changes. 

To remove songs from your playlist:

• In Edit mode, tap X next to the track. Press Save to confirm your changes.
• Alternatively, while viewing your playlist, you can remove a song by swiping left on it.
