Loss of connection before song ends

@Shammye Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  1. What exactly do you mean by loss of connection?
  2. Does the app crash and completely exit back to your home screen before a song finishes? 
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

The music stops and eye have to play the next song. It stops 2/3 of the way eye doit it again. It wont finish the original song. No errors shown.  Nothin unusual on the screen e

While I have a trace enabled on your Pandora account, would you mind running through the standard Android steps? You can find the troubleshooting steps here: Android Troubleshooting


If you continue to have trouble with this, could you share more info about your device?

  • Model:
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Build number (Settings > About Phone):
  • Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number):
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
