For some unknown reason, I have no sound when trying to listen to podcasts on my desktop and mobile app. I have no issue with music, and it is only affecting podcasts. I get an error stating "We're having trouble playing audio on this device.", and it recommends resetting. I have done the reset and cleared cache, but there is no resolve.

Just to confirm, are you seeing the “We're having trouble playing audio on this device” message on both the desktop app and the mobile app?
Also, does this happen with one specific podcast or with multiple podcasts? If possible, could you share the name of a podcast where you recently experienced this issue? It’s usually easiest to start troubleshooting with a recent example.
