So, my Pandora hasn't been working for almost two months and I'm getting so frustrated I'm about to cancel my subscription!!! Every time I try to play music it acts like it's opening then goes back out and says it's not responding ๐ I have almost 1500 songs on my playlist and don't wanna lose them or have to download them all over again! The fact that there is no number to call or address to email customer service is absolutely ridiculous! How is anyone supposed to get **ahem** taken care of? I also don't wanna clear the storage in my app for fear of losing all my songs! Anyone have any suggestions? I'm about ready to switch to someone else!!!!

Hey, @ala8100.
I completely understand your frustration, and where you're coming from. Sorry for any trouble this has caused.
Contacting Support for Pandora:
First, I would like to let you know that we're always happy to help whether you're having issues listening from your device or with billing, that's what we're here for.
Our User Support team can be reached here on the community, via email, or through social media (Twitter and Facebook). Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support. However, I've definitely noted your request for this option.
To email our User Support team, I would recommend checking out this contact form from our help site.

Trouble Listening:
At this time, I would recommend performing the standard steps for Android troubleshooting. I know this may be inconvenient, however, you won't lose your tunes or playlists. You just may need to re-download your offline content after this.
Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. If you have a Pixel, you can find helpful steps here.
Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.
*Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let me know.
