Hey, @lvfd317.

Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

++

I've checked in with our User Support team, and I do see that you have about 16 playlists associated with your account.

Are you logged into your correct Pandora Premium account?

Also, could you try sorting to see if you're able to view your playlists?

You can sort your content from the My Collection page.

Select the caret on the far right side of your screen and from here, you can sort by AlbumsSongsStations, Playlists or Artists. Please note that you can't currently sort your collection by A-Z; only Artists are listed alphabetically by default at this time.

Let me know if you're able to see anything.
