Once upon a crime podcast just keeps buffering and skipping. No audio. Updated, uninstalled, cleaned data and cache

@KatherineM We have been unable to reproduce this on our end.

I recommend running through our suggested troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for Android Devices

If you continue to experience issues with this, please send me a screenshot/screen-recording of what is happening when you attempt to play that podcast.

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝

@KatherineM If you are still experiencing issues with this, please send me a screenshot/screen-recording of what is happening when you attempt to play that podcast.

Also:

  • does this happen with any episode you attempt to play from that podcast?
  • does this happen with any other podcast you attempt to play on your device?

Let me know.

Yes every episode. Other podcasts seem to be working.

Thanks for sending that over so quickly, @KatherineM.

I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening.

For this trace to be useful, can you please attempt to listen to that podcast once more?

Once that has been done, please make note of the date and time the buffering occurs, and include that in your reply to this. message.

Additionally, can you send over a bit more info about your device?

  • Model:
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Build number (Settings > About Phone):
  • Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version:
    • If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
    • If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?

Thanks again for working with me on this.
