Songs Skip through Rapidly Without Playing 2009.2 and later

I have uninstalled and reinstalled pandora. I can't listen to anything at all. The track keeps skipping to the next. How can I fix this?

Carrier: T Mobile

Android version: 10

Pandora version: 2102.1.1

I am using Cellular data. 

I don't know about offline mode, because I haven't downloaded anything thus far.
