"Problem with my account" error message

I'm need deep LG Stylo 4 Pandora App help or I'm switching to Spotify. 

I have total background data access on my phone. I cleared cache and data for the app. I  turned off battery saver. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled after 1.5 months of Google music. I cleared cache and data many times.

I've gotten an error reading there is a problem with my account to contact Pandora.
