2025 cx-5 How to view split screen when listeing to Pandora from Mazda connect? Keep getting error message "unexpected error occurred"
Hi @Surely5Uno
Welcome to community!
Could you confirm if you're using Android Auto, PandoraLink or standard Bluetooth? And are you connecting to your vehicle, by USB or wireless connection?
Thanks!
Using Android Auto connected by USB. Car also has Pandora installed in Mazda Connect. It used to let me switch back an forth between maps. Now just this message when moving pandora closer to driver.
Hi @Surely5Uno! Thanks for replying and confirming that you're using Android Auto! I'm going to let our engineering team know that you're experiencing this issue with the split screen with maps.
Could you do me a favor and clear the data and cache from the Pandora. You can do that with the following steps:
Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.
After you completely the steps, continue to use Pandora as you normally would. I'd like to check our logs for anything abnormal.
Thanks for the help!
That didn't fix the problem. I have uninstalled & reinstalled Pandora so many times already.
Thanks for the reply, @Surely5Uno. It's always worth trying since these steps reset the app and often can help resolve or improve. Sorry it didn't help this time.
I've gone ahead and passed along your experience and details to our engineering team for further review and investigation.
Thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience!
